1. Services Provided

VSource provides global procurement solutions, including factory sourcing, quality control inspections, and end-to-end logistics from international manufacturers to the UAE.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All “Factory-Direct Rates” are subject to change based on material costs, shipping fluctuations, and factory availability.

  • Quotations are valid for the period specified in the formal document (standard: 7 days unless otherwise stated).

3. Quality Control & Inspections

While VSource conducts rigorous three-stage inspections (pre-production, in-line, and pre-shipment), the client is responsible for providing exact specifications and approving samples before mass production begins.

4. Shipping and Logistics

  • Lead Times: Delivery estimates provided by VSource are based on standard production and shipping windows. VSource is not liable for delays caused by weather, global port congestion, or customs holdups.

  • Customs: VSource manages UAE customs documentation as part of our “End-to-End” service; however, the client must provide all necessary legal business documentation required for import.

5. Payment Terms

Specific payment schedules (deposits and final balances) will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Failure to meet payment milestones may result in production or delivery delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

VSource acts as a procurement and logistics partner. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from factory delays or third-party carrier issues beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
